Johnson County prosecutors filed felony charges against three men — two of whom are Overland Park businessmen — with several counts of computer crimes and theft.
Kenneth Opstein and Overland Park businessmen Grant Wilms and Hermann Wilms were arrested Thursday and each was held on a $1 million bond.
Johnson County Prosecutor Steve Howe alleged that the three men ran ASP Inc. and National Healthcare Discount, which drew money from the bank accounts of several elderly people without their permission.
